2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.”
Last night this scripture came to my mind. I believe the Lord wanted me to share it on my blog. I remember saying this scripture in church almost every Sunday growing up. There isn’t to many scriptures I have memorized, but this is one.
I LOVE verse 6: “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: AND I will dwell in the house of the Lord FOR EVER!!!” What a glorious day that will be.
We have much work to do here on this earth. I am so unhappy with how people in the world are treating each other. It must break God’s heart so much. I think I have a broken heart. I can’t even imagine God’s broken heart.
I will continue to do what my purpose is here on earth. I ask you to help me. If you know of someone that doesn’t have a relationship with the Lord, talk to them. Don’t be shy. Tell them of the wonderful place He has made for us. Tell them how wonderful He is. He is forgiving, kind, loving, and gives us grace. We don’t deserve it, but He still gives it to us.
My prayer to each and every one of you as always is that you ask the Lord to come into your heart. That you have the relationship with him that I have. That we all meet in Heaven one day.”
