She Should Be Here
August 16, 2016
Hi Everyone,

She should be here. You know as I watch Kelsey’s classmates and friends get married and have children, it saddens me. I’m happy for them, beginning a new chapter in their life. But I’m sad because Kelsey Should Be Here!!!!
I write about this in my book.
“She should be here to be her sister’s maid of honor. She should be here to get married and have babies. She should be here for me to yell at and tell her to straighten up or get a job, or study. She should be here to take care of her dad and me when we get old. She should be here!!!!!”
“This is all the “Human” part of me. The Christian part of me knows Kelsey is safe. She is happy in Heaven with God. She is the lucky one. She has no more worries. She doesn’t she anymore tears, and she doesn’t have the weight of the world on her shoulders anymore. She is at peace. I “Believe” that one day, we will be together again.”
So her I am 3 years later, since I wrote my book. And the Human part of me still says “She should be here.” Here I sit, 3 years after writing that in my book asking and saying the same thing. She should be here. BUT, I don’t say it as often as I used to.
You see I have said this a million times. I have a purpose in life. Two purposes to be exact. I am here to save lives “Literally” and “Spiritually”.
I do my best to save lives by being the voice on distracted driving. Oh, what a voice I have!!!! ;-) Now distracted driving can be a cell phone, eating, putting on make-up, reading the newspaper, drunk driving, being under the influence of drugs. It can be ANY of them that could take a life. So what do you do? One of the simplest things you will ever have to do in life! Pay attention to your driving. Easy enough.
As I stated, this blog is a Christian blog. To share with everyone how I am making it without Kelsey, Annie, and Mamma. Yes I have lost all three in the last few years. How I learned what my purpose in life is and how I accomplish what God has put me on this earth to do.
Romans 8:28
“And we know that in all things, God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.”
This scripture has been one of the scriptures that has helped me the most over the years. You see, if you find your purpose, it makes it a little easier to make it.
Maybe you are an addict, maybe you lost a child or a loved one. Maybe you are just going through a tough time right now. PLEASE, write this scripture down and read it every day. Really try, with all your heart, to figure out your purpose. Everyone has a purpose, you just have to open your heart to God to see it.
I pray that you find your purpose. That you ask God to come into your life. That you have a real relationship with Him. I know that since I have opened my heart and eyes, it is perfectly clear to me what God wants me to do. I pray you find that.
God bless you all…..
Bon
